Evaluating the Effectiveness
of the RP1162 Program
Central Surveys, Inc. is
excited to introduce an opportunity for pipeline
operators to form a coalition in evaluating their
public awareness program. By forming a
coalition, participating companies can annually have
a statistically accurate "snap shot" or baseline
picture of stakeholder "awareness" of pipeline
integrity issues. In addition, have access to
an accurate comparison study of whether public
awareness efforts have made a difference in public
understanding.
This program will assess whether:
1) Stakeholders recall receiving or seeing your
communication;
2) Your communication was read;
3) The message was understood;
4) People took action based on your communication
efforts.

Maximize Your Evaluation
Efforts - Save on Expenses
This program is based on pipeline operators
forming a coalition in evaluating their public
awareness campaign, allowing operators the
opportunity to maximize evaluation efforts and
save on expenses. By forming this
coalition, participants will be able to meet the
necessary requirements of measuring the
effectiveness of their program, as well as, have
access to accurate comparison study to see how
well they are doing against an industry
benchmark and other operators participating in
the group. For More Information
